My Conscious Genie is a meditation and visualization app that provides:
- Voice cloning technology to create personalized audio content
- AI-generated meditation and visualization scripts
- Binaural beats and ambient audio for enhanced relaxation
- Mixed audio tracks combining your cloned voice with background audio
3. Account Registration
To use My Conscious Genie, you must:
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Voice Cloning Consent
- Confirm that you are the owner of the voice or have explicit permission to use it
- Consent to the creation of an AI voice clone from your recording
- Understand that the cloned voice will be used to generate meditation content
- Agree that you will not use the voice cloning feature for impersonation or fraudulent purposes
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Clone voices without proper consent from the voice owner
- Share, sell, or distribute your cloned voice or generated content commercially
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
- Use the service to create harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content: The app, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by My Conscious Genie and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of your voice recordings. However, you grant us a license to process and store your recordings for the purpose of providing the service.
Generated Content: Meditation sessions generated using your voice clone are for your personal use only.
7. Third-Party Services
Our app uses third-party services including ElevenLabs and OpenAI. Your use of these services through our app is subject to their respective terms of service.
8. Disclaimers
My Conscious Genie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific health or wellness outcomes from using meditation content
- Perfect voice clone accuracy

9. Limitation of Liability
